We have extensive experience in regulatory issues related to waste management. We advise clients on regulations relating to waste electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators, packaging. We advised on the legislative process of the Act on waste electrical and electronic equipment, participating in all stages of the process from the government draft through the meetings of parliamentary committees working on it. We prepare analyses of waste management obligations for new entrants to the Polish market and audits of existing companies. We have advised on issues related to international movement of waste. We assist clients in making necessary registrations through BDO and in fulfilling reporting obligations.
